بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُمَّ هَذَا مِنْكَ وَلَكَ اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي
Bismillahi wallahu akbar Allahumma hadha minka wa laka Allahumma taqabbal minni
In the name of Allah and Allah is the Greatest O Allah this is from You and for You O Allah accept it from me

Recite this dua when slaughtering the Udhiyyah sacrifice on Eid Al-Adha.
The Prophet recited it when sacrificing his animals showing that the sacrifice is entirely dedicated to Allah.
